Although these are minimums, achieving check ride proficiency often falls around 50 hours. Price breakdown reflects this realistically. Showing up prepared and ready to learn is the easiest way to reduce time spent, therefore costs.

Limited Commercial Pilot Training
Have your Instrument Rating and 10 hours of complex or TAA airplane time? If so we can help! Reach out with your pilot times and receive a cost estimate to finish up your commercial pilot training.
We do not offer a full path to obtaining your Commercial Pilot Certificate. Before starting you must have the following

Flight Review
Outside or close to your 24 calendar months? Complete a flight review and receive your endorsement at an affordable price with us. Billed at applicable hourly rates.

Independent instruction in your airplane
We provide any of our services in your airplane, saving you costs. Commuting required by Track North Aviation is free of charge within 10 Miles of Wasilla Airport.
Aircraft Rental: 1964 Cessna 150D
Our aircraft may be available to rent on a limited basis for personal/non training use. Track North Aviation students will have priority. Hourly rate includes fuel.

Flight Instruction $50/hr
Billed for the time between engine start and engine shutdown. (Hobbs Time)
Aircraft Rental $110/hr
1964 Cessna 150D. Billed for the time between engine start and engine shutdown. (Hobbs Time)
Ground Instruction $40/hr
Billed for time when receiving ground instruction.
Pre/Post $40/hr
Billed for time when you are with your instructor and engaged in briefings, preflight checks, or any other general preparation for a flight lesson.
Any time you are flying a Track North Aviation aircraft, the hourly aircraft rental rate will apply. If you are flying with an instructor, the flight instruction hourly rate will apply as well.
